You’ll find a fully equipped kitchenette with a small dining area in the living space. The open-concept living and dining area is complemented by an armchair and a sofa. The separate, open bedroom features a double box-spring bed and a flat-screen TV. There’s also a luxurious bathroom with a shower.

Complex:
The White Pearl has been open since July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–19, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.
The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, distributed across a basement with underground parking, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.
The underground parking garage is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”
