Steps from the brand new Twin Creeks Marina, this home boasts of beautiful views from upper deck and back porch of Tim’s Ford Lake in Winchester, Tennessee. Twin Creeks Marina offers pontoon boat rentals, a stocked convenience store, gas, and a restaurant / bar conveniently accessible through the backyard-- no need to drive!

Twin Creeks Village is a golf cart friendly community with a private golf cart path to the marina parking lot if you would like to use our golf cart. Drivers must have a valid drivers license. The community also offers a small putting green, 3 pools, clubhouse, and outdoor lounging area poolside for the ultimate vacation experience.
Minutes from quaint downtown Winchester, and many other local attractions. Come visit Tim's Ford Lake, nearby Jack Daniels and enjoy relaxing with loved ones. For those wishing to explore, Monteagle Mountain and Sewanee: The University of the South are a short drive away.
